We are a leader in ensuring the helpers are prepped well in advance of their duties in accredited courses. We provide basic and intermediate training free of cost. Employers may choose to ensure further value add for their helper by enrolling them in the varied additional courses we offer, from basic to advanced culinary skills in south-east asian cuisine, first-aid, pre-school interaction, Elderly care etc.
Full Admin & Logistics
Fuss free process
We know how difficult and time consuming going through the admin process can truly be. That is why we do everything in our power to take the pressure off. We will handle the entire process from applications, medical tests etc with no additional costs. Whatever your needs may be, we are here for you. BASIC MEDICAL TRAINING
Having an elderly or an infant to care for is not easy. Value Power Workers understand that, which is why knowledge of basic medical training and CPR is taught to domestic helpers. This gives them the confidence to handle minor injuries and emergencies.
CHILDCARE TRAINING
There is a difference in taking care of an infant, toddler and a young child. At Value Power workers, we add value to the domestic helper and the employers by ensuring they are equipped with childcare that are specific and detail orientated.
FULLY EQUIPPED TRAINING FACILITIES
Ministry of Health and Manpower approved facility which ensures that the domestic helper goes through a periodic segment of training to ensure that she is confident and has the right skills to go be comfortable with her charges
ORGANIC CLEANING COURSES
Cleaning can be an art by itself and ensuring that we do not expose your loved ones to both bacteria and harsh chemicals can be quite the challenge. But With this course, your helper will learn how to use organic cleaning solutions that is effective and safe for your family
